And these are the very elements that, more often than not, stand in the way of a client’s success! The simple fact is many in the coaching profession are not trained to work with their client’s subconscious mind. This means that they can often be quite limited in dealing with their emotions, behavioral issues and unresolved inner conflicts. The difference that makes the difference. It’s the difference between “talking the talk” (desired behavior) and “walking the walk” (actual behavior). There’s a big difference between one’s intellect (their conscious mind) and their behavior (their subconscious, or habitual mind). As a Hypnotherapist trained by us, you work holistically with both, to encourage whole brain thinking thereby maximizing your client’s strengths, flexibility and resourcefulness. You have a conscious mind, and you have a subconscious mind. THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE: Rather than force your “model of the world” onto your clients, or limit them (and your results with them) by putting them “in a box” (or theory), you work within their “model of the world” and help them to discover the solutions that are there. And you help them tap into those resources. As a Hypnotherapist trained by us, you believe that your clients already have all the resources within that they need in order to achieve their desired outcome.
